Hi, I’m Jennifer—51 years old, mom of 5, and a certified Trim Healthy Mama coach. I’ve been following the THM way of eating for over 13 years, and I’ve learned a lot the hard way along the journey.
For one month, I’d love to walk alongside you as we build habits that create a strong foundation, break old patterns, and establish new, healthy ones. I know what it’s like to tell myself, “This doughnut isn’t a big deal,” or “This Blizzard is fine just this once,” and then realize those little cheats have quietly become a daily habit. Grace is important, but “here or there” can easily turn into “all the time.” I’ve been there, and I’ve learned how to climb back out.
In this month of group coaching, we’ll work on not putting our health last anymore. You have to make yourself a priority—no one else can do that for you. To make this as accessible as possible, I’ve dropped my monthly coaching price again for May. It’s now just $27 for the entire month of support.
This is a month‑to‑month journey where we take back ownership of our health. I often ask my clients: if we don’t take care of our health, who will? We are in the driver’s seat—no one else is steering this for us.

If you are brand new and feel like you need more hand‑holding and step‑by‑step guidance, I also have a beginner group starting soon. That group will baby step you into the plan, with questions answered, recipes for every fuel, and more foundational support.
