Cheesy Cabbage Skillet- Low Carb & Trim Healthy Mama S

This Cheesy Cabbage Skillet is actually delicious!

I haven’t always loved cabbage. When I was growing up it just wasn’t something I looked forward to eating. I am learning new ways to prepare it and am loving it! This skillet dinner is definitely going into a regular rotation in my house. It’s easy, delicious, and cheap!! Something many of us need right now!

If you need a quick and easy meal, add this to your menu for the week.

This is a simple weeknight dinner with only one pan to wash when you’re done. You will spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your family. You could also add to the recipe. Add a bell pepper. Or to make a bigger dinner, cook diced mushrooms or cauliflower rice with the ground beef. When I need to make a meal to feed a crowd, that’s what I do. It adds more healthy veggies and they don’t have a clue how healthy they are eating.

This is the comfort food that you didn’t know you needed in your life.

And it is so easy to spice up or down. We topped ours with siracha sauce. You could add some Tony’s or any other spicey seasoning. Definitely give this easy, one pan, budget friendly meal a try soon. I am going to make it for our family trip on New Year’s. Let me know what you thought about the recipe.
