Here is my trim healthy mama menu for March.

Here is a new trim healthy menu for March. Every recipe is perfect for the transition between winter and spring. There’s a few soups and oven dinners in here as well as recipes that are a little bit lighter. As usual every fuel is listed so you know if it is a carb meal, an e, or a fat meal, an s. This way, even a beginner can follow the menu.

Every trim healthy mama recipe is easy and family approved.

My goal with these recipes and menus is to help people eat healthy without spending all day in the kitchen. Serving family members yummy food shouldn’t be complicated. I don’t want families having to make 2 different meals. We don’t have time for that!! Every Monday is a crockpot recipe, Tuesday is Taco Tuesday, every recipe is easy and family friendly!!

Here is how I meal prep to keep my life easier and on plan.
