Crockpot Buffalo Ranch Chicken- Low Carb/Trim Healthy Mama S

This crockpot buffalo ranch is low carb/trim healthy mama s is so yummy and easy.

If you need another super easy, dump and go recipe, I have one that you will love. It does call for wing sauce, but you can use mild sauce. That’s what I do so everyone can eat it in my house. I also buy the generic version, because I like to save money. This is such an easy recipe that can be used in so many ways.

This is such a versatile recipe.

You can use this as a filling in wraps. I made some on plan pasta for me. I didn’t get a picture but I used this in bell pepper halves for hubby and a couple of kids. If you are new here, I am not a huge bell pepper fan, but my family likes them. I took bell peppers, cut them in half and deseeded them. I filled with the filling and baked at 350 for at least 15 minutes.

I use a dry ranch that doesn’t have any bad ingredients in it.

You can make your own, use one like I use, or use whatever you want. This recipe is so simple. Dry ranch on the chicken, cover the chicken breasts with wing sauce (however hot you want), cook for a few hours. When the chicken is cooked through, shred it (the easiest is with a mixer), add some cream cheese and let melt. And then use however you want. This is one of the easiest recipes I have made.

Buffalo Ranch Chicken- LC and THM S

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 Lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  • 2 Pkgs Dry Ranch- I use one from Costco
  • 17.7 oz Wing Sauce, your preferred heat
  • 8 oz Block of Cream Cheese, reduced fat is fine

Additional Ingredients to top the chicken- Ranch, Green Onions, Wing sauce, Blue Cheese Dressing or Crumbles

    Instructions

    • In a crockpot place your chicken. Top with the dry ranch.
    • Top with wing sauce.
    • Cook on low for 5-7 hours or high for 3-4. Shred the chicken and add cream cheese.
    • Once the cream cheese is melted, you're basically done. You can now do whatever you want with the chicken.
    • I topped with ranch dressing and green onions.
    • I served mine over on plan noodles, but the possibilities are many!
