High Protein Apple Pie Yogurt! Trim Healthy E Recipe
An easy and delicious high protein Apple Pie Yogurt Recipe
Currently this is my favorite go-to high protein snack or breakfast. It’s so easy to make. Mix non-fat Greek yogurt with protein powder. Use whatever protein powder you use. I am using devotion and clean simple eats currently. The optimized version that thm puts out doesn’t sit well with my stomach. If you use plain protein powder, you will need to sweeten it.
This “recipe” only takes a few minutes to make
You mix 1 serving of protein powder with 1 serving of nonfat Greek yogurt. I you are adding a sweetener, I would recommend one that will dissolve easily. If you are using a vanilla or plain protein powder, stir in some apple pie spice. I have been using a cinnamon flavored one. But you can easily flavor plain or vanilla protein powders.
Cook your apples for a better result.
I prefer this with cooked apples. I have had this with raw diced apples, precooked cold apples, and fresh warm apples. I prefer it with the freshly cooked warm apples, but all of the different ways has been really good!!
Here’s a video where I prep 3 jars at once.
