There is nothing like gathering our families around the table, at waterparks, the ballpark, and more, but we certainly do not want to spend our warm summer evenings sweating over a hot stove! That is why I have put together this completely planned-for-you June menu filled with wonderful, easy-to-make Trim Healthy Mama meals that your whole family will absolutely love. Make sure you taste and adjust to your family’s preferences.

We are keeping things highly practical by using wholesome, everyday ingredients you can find at any local grocery store—no hard-to-find specialty items needed! And to top it all off, we have a wonderful grilled recipe for Father’s Day! Serve with grilled squash and mashed potatoes. You can make the high protein version if desired, It’s so easy. You just need potatoes and cottage cheese.
