January Trim Healthy Mama Monthly Menu



I know it can be a bit frustrating to come up with new ideas for your monthly menu. I sat down today and came up with enough meals for every weekday for the month of January, all THM recipes and ALL NSI. I tried to make everything family friendly and something my family will eat. I used online recipes and recipes from the THM Cookbook and Trim Healthy Table. All of the ingredients can be purchased at WalMart and Aldi. You can also do the pickup ordering as well. Just sit at home make your grocery list and place your order will sipping your coffee. Pick up your groceries when you go to town. So easy and this will help you stay on plan.

When I was planning this out, I tried to vary the fuel sources, the types of protein, the sides and types of meal. I didn’t want two ground beef recipes back to back with the same sides. I tried to make sure that this wouldn’t cause anyone to get bored or worn out. I highly suggest prepping when you can, so on busy nights you can get dinner on the table quickly.

Move these recipes around to suit your family. Need crockpot meals on Tuesdays, put them on Tuesdays. Need quick and easy on Thursdays, make then on Thursdays. Also, I did include some E Meals. I often only make S meals for dinner, but I know everyone isn’t like me. I did include E meals that my family likes, though. I definitely am going to be adding these back into my schedule. I forgot how much we like them. I also only did weekday meals so you can have leftovers on the weekends and eat out if your family likes to do that. We usually have leftovers on Saturday and eat out on Sunday. I hope this is helpful. Happy New Year!
