I know your time is precious, so I wanted to make this e-mail short and sweet. Here is just a little about me. My name is Jennifer Overstreet. I am a mom of 5 children and Lolly to one precious grandson. I have been married to my hubby for 25 years. We just celebrated our 25th anniversary with a vow renewal.

I have been following the trim healthy mama eating plan for over 6 years. I used to be addicted to sugar. I always had to have something that was sweet to finish off a meal. I never drank water, even my drinks were sweet. I drank Dr. Pepper all day or sweet tea. My coffee was full of sugar too. Now, I use a doonk of stevia in my coffee or tea. I have an occasional stevia sweetened soda. It’s crazy, but my drink of choice is water. I shoot for ¾ of a gallon of water a day.

I am no longer addicted to sugar, I no longer must have something sweet after my meals. It is crazy how my eating and drinking ways have changed. I am now 45 years old and I feel amazing! With the results that I have received from the THM eating plan, I want to help other ladies who might be struggling. I know what it’s like to struggle and be overweight. I know how to do this on a budget and in really hard circumstances. I have been the only one on plan and made 2or 3 different meals. With our crazy life of ups and downs, more and less money, etc., I have went through so much while staying on plan. If I can help you, let me know.
