Low Carb Burger Bowls

These burger bowls are amazing. My family loved them, even the sugar free special sauce. These are refreshing and perfect when you don’t want to heat up the kitchen. These would be perfect for summer, especially if you can get fresh tomatoes. A true garden fresh tomato doesn’t compare to anything bought in a store. The taste is amazing.

This meal is so refreshing. It is light and perfect for a hot day. You won’t miss the buns either. My teens ate their fill on this, we didn’t have any leftovers. If you follow the trim healthy mama eating plan, this is a thm s meal. This will also work if you are low carb or keto. If you don’t follow any of those eating plans, make this anyway. I think this will become a regular on my menu, especially as we enter the hot months here in Texas.

I prepped the raw meat and froze it. I could have pre-cooked the meat if I wanted but didn’t have enough time. You don’t have to do any prep work if you don’t want to. You can make everything the day you want to it if you want. But definitely make this!! It is so good!
