LIVE: September 19th at approximately 2 PM Central
I’ll be in my kitchen prepping right along with you, and I’m doubling every recipe to put 16 meals into my own freezer!
You do not have to make that many.
You can make:
- One of each recipe for 8 freezer meals
- Double them like I am for 16 freezer meals
- Pick and choose your favorites
- Make even more of the recipes your family loves
This is your freezer prep day. I’m giving you the recipes, grocery list, tips, and instructions so you can make it work for your family.
And the entire class is only $5. I am ready to join now- click here
The 8 Freezer-to-Crockpot Recipes
We’ll be prepping:
- Beef Ragu
- Chicken Cacciatore
- Lasagna Soup
- Barbacoa
- BBQ Pork
- Asian Pork Tenderloin
- Korean BBQ Beef Bowls
- Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie
There’s a little bit of everything here — cozy comfort food, Italian, BBQ, Mexican-inspired, and Asian-inspired dinners — so you aren’t filling your freezer with eight meals that all taste the same.
I’m Making 16 Meals — But You Choose How Many You Want
During the live class, I’ll be doubling all 8 recipes and prepping 16 freezer meals.
You absolutely do not have to do the same thing.
Maybe you’re cooking for one or two people and only want a few meals.
Maybe you have a bigger family and doubling everything makes sense.
Maybe your family LOVES barbacoa, so you want to make three of those but only one Chicken Cacciatore.
That’s the beauty of this class.
I’ll give you the plan, and you decide what works for your freezer, your family, and your budget.
What Do You Get for $5?
I want to make freezer prep as easy as possible, so you’ll have the information you need before we ever start putting ingredients into bags.
Your $5 class includes:
- The full freezer-to-crockpot prep class
- All 8 recipes
- A grocery list
- Freezer-prep instructions
- My freezer cooking tips and tricks
- What goes into each freezer meal
- What needs to be added on cooking day
- Crockpot cooking instructions
- Serving ideas
- A couple of pop-up prep videos before class day, where I’ll share extra tips, show you how I’m getting organized, and walk you through how I’m preparing for our meal prep day
- 30 days of replay access
I want you to feel ready before we even start, so those pop-up videos will help you know what to expect and make your own prep day go more smoothly.
And yes — you can download the class!
You’ll have access to the replay for 30 days, but if you want to keep it, you can download the class during your access period.
That way you can refer back to it the next time you want to restock your freezer.
You Don’t Have to Be a Freezer-Cooking Expert
If you’ve ever looked at freezer meal prep and thought,
“That sounds great, but I do NOT want to spend an entire Saturday cooking…”
this class is for you.
We aren’t cooking eight complete dinners and then trying to fit stacks of containers into the freezer.
We’re doing the prep ahead of time so that on a busy day, you can pull out a meal, put it into your crockpot, and let dinner cook while you get on with your day.
That’s what I love about freezer-to-crockpot meals.
A little work ahead of time can save you so much work — and mental energy — later.
Because Sometimes the Hardest Part of Dinner Is Deciding What to Make
You know those days.
It’s getting late.
Everyone is hungry.
Nothing is thawed.
You don’t have a plan.
And suddenly spending money on takeout sounds a whole lot easier than figuring out dinner.
That’s one of the biggest reasons I love having freezer meals available.
You can open your freezer and realize:
Dinner is already handled.
It isn’t about having a Pinterest-perfect freezer filled with beautifully organized meals.
It’s about making real life easier.

THM-Friendly AND Family-Friendly
I’ve followed Trim Healthy Mama for many years, and one thing I know for sure is that staying on plan is so much easier when you have food ready.
But I’m also cooking for a family.
These meals are designed to be practical, family-friendly dinners while still giving you options for keeping your own plate THM-friendly.
You can add the sides that work for your family, and I’ll share ideas and tips along the way.
You do not have to follow Trim Healthy Mama to take this class. These are simply good, homemade freezer meals that families can enjoy.
I’m Making the Grocery Shopping Easier Too
One of the biggest headaches of doing a big freezer prep is figuring out how much of everything you need.
How many pounds of meat?
How many onions?
How much broth?
How many cans of tomatoes?
Instead of opening eight recipes at the grocery store and trying to do math in the aisle, you’ll have a grocery list to work from.
Then you can adjust the quantities based on whether you’re making singles, doubles, or more.
Helpful Freezer Prep Tools
You do not need a bunch of special equipment for this class, but there are a few things that can make freezer prep day a whole lot easier.
These are the kinds of tools I like to use when I’m prepping multiple freezer meals at once.
Freezer Bags
Good-quality gallon-size freezer bags make it much easier to portion, label, freeze, and stack your meals.
I especially like being able to lay them flat while they freeze so they take up less space.
Freezer Bag Holders
These are one of those little kitchen tools that can make a BIG difference when you’re filling multiple freezer bags.
The holders keep your bag standing upright and open while you add the ingredients, which means fewer spills and less frustration.
A Good Crockpot
You do not need a brand-new crockpot for this class. If you already have one that works well, use it!
But if you’ve been thinking about replacing yours or adding a second crockpot, I’ll link one here that I think works well for family-size freezer meals.
Permanent Markers
Don’t forget to label those freezer meals!
I like to write the recipe name, date, and any cooking-day instructions directly on the bag before I start filling it.
Crockpot Liners
If you want to make things super simple, crockpot liners make clean-up a breeze!

How the Live Class Works
We’ll meet September 19th at approximately 2 PM Central, and I’ll prep my meals right along with you.
I’ll be making two of every recipe — 16 freezer meals total.
You can prep along with me live, make fewer meals, make more, or simply watch the class and do your freezer prep later.
Before class day, I’ll also pop in with a couple of short videos showing you how I’m getting ready, what I’m doing ahead of time, and a few tips to help make the actual prep session easier.
Can’t join me live?
That’s okay!
You’ll have access to the replay for 30 days, so you can watch and prep whenever it works for you.
You can also download the class during that 30-day period if you’d like to keep it.
What Could 8, 16, or Even More Ready-to-Cook Dinners Do for You?
Think about those evenings when you’re exhausted.
The weeks when appointments, work, sports, grandkids, church, and LIFE seem to pile up all at once.
Or those days when you simply don’t feel like cooking.
Imagine knowing you have a homemade dinner sitting in your freezer waiting for you.
That is what we’re creating together.
Not perfect meal prep.
Not complicated recipes.
Just real food ready for real life.

For only $5, you get the recipes, grocery list, prep tips, pop-up videos, live class, and 30-day replay access.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to make all 8 recipes?
No. You can make all 8, choose only the recipes your family will enjoy, or make multiples of your favorites.
I’ll be doubling every recipe during the class and making 16 freezer meals total, but you can make singles, doubles, or more depending on your family size, freezer space, and budget.
Do I have to double the recipes like you are?
Not at all.
I’m doubling each recipe because I want to put 16 meals into my own freezer, but the class is designed to be flexible.
You can make one of each recipe, double everything, or mix and match however you want.
What if I can’t attend the live class?
That’s okay!
The live class will take place on September 19th at approximately 2 PM Central, but you’ll have access to the replay for 30 days.
You can watch it later and do your freezer prep whenever it works best for you.
Can I download the class?
Yes.
You’ll have access to the replay for 30 days, and you can download the class during that time if you want to keep it for future freezer prep days.
What is included with the class?
For just $5, you’ll receive the full class, all 8 recipes, a grocery list, freezer prep tips, assembly instructions, cooking-day directions, serving ideas, pop-up prep videos, and 30-day replay access.
Do I have to follow Trim Healthy Mama to take the class?
No.
The meals are THM-friendly, but you do not have to follow Trim Healthy Mama to use the recipes.
They are practical, family-friendly freezer meals that can work for a wide variety of households.
Are these fully cooked freezer meals?
No. These are primarily freezer-to-crockpot meals.
We’ll prep and assemble the ingredients ahead of time so that later you can thaw a meal, place it in your crockpot, and let it cook.
That means less cooking on prep day and less work on busy evenings.
Will I get a grocery list?
Yes!
You’ll receive a grocery list to make shopping much easier.
You can adjust the amounts depending on whether you’re making one of each meal, doubling the recipes, or making extra copies of your favorites.
How much freezer space will I need?
That depends on how many meals you choose to make.
If you’re making all 8 meals, you’ll need room for 8 freezer bags or containers.
If you’re doubling everything like I am, you’ll need room for 16 meals.
Laying freezer bags flat while they freeze can help save space and make them easier to stack later.
Do I need special equipment?
Nothing fancy.
You’ll mainly need basic kitchen tools, freezer-safe bags or containers, a permanent marker for labeling, and a crockpot for cooking the meals later.
How long do the freezer meals last?
For the best quality, I recommend using your freezer meals within about 3-6 months.
Be sure to label each meal with the recipe name, date, and cooking instructions so you know exactly what you have.
Do I need to thaw the meals before putting them in the crockpot?
Yes. For food safety, thaw your freezer meal in the refrigerator before cooking it in the crockpot rather than putting a solid frozen block directly into the slow cooker.
I’ll share cooking-day tips and instructions for each meal so you know exactly what to do.
What if my family is smaller?
This class can still work beautifully for you.
You can make fewer recipes, divide meals into smaller portions, or freeze leftovers after cooking if that works better for your household.
What if I have a large family?
You can absolutely double or even triple recipes if needed.
That’s one of the reasons I love freezer prep — you can customize it around the size of your household.
Is the class really only $5?
Yes!
The Freezer-to-Crockpot Prep Class is just $5.
My goal is to help you get practical meals into your freezer without making freezer cooking feel complicated or expensive.
When is the live class?
The live class will be held on September 19th at approximately 2 PM Central.
Before class day, I’ll also pop in with a couple of short videos showing you how I’m getting ready, what I’m doing ahead of time, and a few tips to help make the actual prep session easier.
If you can’t join live, remember that you’ll have 30 days to watch the replay.
Still Wondering If This Class Is for You?
If busy evenings make dinner feel stressful, if you’re tired of trying to figure out what to cook at 5 PM, or if you simply love the idea of having homemade meals waiting in your freezer, I think you’re going to love this class.
For just $5, let’s fill that freezer together.
