Addicting Creamy Parmesan Chicken

This creamy parmesan chicken bake is so easy, delcious, and addicting.

I was super with how this turned out. The boys and my hubby loved it! If you are looking for a way to dress up your boring chicken dinners, this it. My family absolutely loved it! You take a few ingredients and bam, chicken dinner just got a makeover from boring to amazing! This is nice enough for a Sunday family gathering. Make some on plan sides and watch your family eat it all up.

This recipe uses basic ingredients in most family’s kitchens.

This doesn’t have anything weird or unusual in it. I did use shredded parmesan, not the green can kind. If you don’t have shredded, you can try the powdered and let me know how it turns out. Mayonnaise is used as the main ingredient. You can try Greek yogurt in place but I don’t know exactly how that will turn out. I know there are mayo haters out there, and if your family is, this might be a viable substitute.

This chicken dish doesn’t look great but it is so good.

If you aren’t thrilled with how it looks, the taste will win you over. You can even spice it up if you want. My hubby used some Tony’s on his. A great side dish is roasted veggies. I also made some air fried okra to go with it (I was doing an okra challenge and trying to get okra in once a day). A nice salad would also be a great option. Just add the recipe to your menu, I don’t think you or your family will be dissapointed.

Creamy Parmesan Chicken Bake

Servings 0

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 Lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 C Mayo
  • 1 t Dried Parsley
  • 1 t Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Onion Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Pepper
  • 3/4 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375. Slice your chicken across the top but not all the way through. I didn't get a picture (I don't know what I was thinking).
  • Mix mayo with all of the seasonings. Add the parmesan cheese and mix again.
  • In a 9×13 Pan, place your chicken breasts. Divide the cheese mixture on top of the chicken breasts evenly.
  • Once spread evenly, bake for 25-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked to the proper temperature.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes. Slice the chicken and place on a plate. Top with some of the cheesy goodness that fell to the bottom of the pan. Serve hot.
