Ingredients

  • 1 T Oil
  • 1 M-L Onion, diced
  • 1 T Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2-2 C Chopped Mushrooms
  • 2-3 C Fresh Spinach
  • 5 Links Chicken Suasages
  • 1 Pkg Boursin Cheese
  • 3/4 C Almond Milk You add as much as you want, it will depend on the amount of sauce you want
  • 2 C On Plan Pasta of Choice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet cook onion with the oil
  • Add the minced garlic.
  • Add the mushrooms. Cook for a bit.
  • Slice sausages and add to skillet.
