Homemade Pico De Gallo
Homemade Pico De Gallo, easy and tastes amazing!
If you have ever had pico de gallo, you know it is so tasty and can really add so much flavor to your meal. Salsa is good, but pico is so much better. I made some chipotle chicken tacos and my Spanish rice last week. I made some pico to go with it, and it was phenomenal. This recipe is so simple and easy, I will definitely be making this all the time.
This recipe is not only easy, it is budget friendly.
Some of the best recipes often use simple ingredients. As written this a trim healthy mama fuel pull. You can use this with any Mexican type meal. I used it on eggs, chili, and even pinto beans. This recipe as written is mild. I remove the white parts and seeds from the jalapenos. If you want it spicy, keep the seeds and white parts of the jalapenos. You can also up the amount of jalapenos as well. If you haven’t ever made pico de gallo before, give it a try.
