Lemon Parmesan Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- 2 t Minced Garlic
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired. Place asparagus on your baking sheet. Toss with everything except the parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Serve warm.
