Protein Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats- Sugar Free, Trim Healthy E

Protein Pumpkin Spice Oats- Sugar-free & Trim Healthy E

If you like pumpkin spice, make these overnight oats! They are filled with protein, are so easy to make, and taste delicious! They are so easy to make. I just mix everything together and then add to my containers. You just need basic ingredients, but the end result is anything but basic. The fall inspired overnight oats are so good!

I used a cinnamon protein powder, but you don’t have to.

If you don’t have a cinnamon protein powder (I used Devotion Sinful Cinnamon, affiliate link), you will just need to add some cinnamon to the oats. I have a sensitive stomach and have to choose some things that aren’t perfectly on plan. This protein powder doesn’t hurt my stomach at all or cause any bloating. Use whatever you feel comfortable using.

Make up a few at once! Perfect for high protein meal prep.

These are so easy to make, but I recommend making at least 2, if not 4 for your meal prep. These are perfect for that. Also, add any extra sweetener that you want. Here are a couple tips: If you have a vanilla or another protein powder with a flavor that goes well with pumpkin, use that. Again, I used a cinnamon flavor. If you use plain, unsweetened, you will most likely want to add sweetener. With the yogurt, you can use flavored as well or vanilla. If you use plain, you might want to add a little sweetener. When you are finished making it, I would taste it and see if you need to adjust it.
