The Best Trim Healthy Mama E Chili!!

Trim Healthy Mama E Chili that is absolutely amazing!!

I made this chili and ended up taking it to our youth gathering. They loved it!! I barely made it home with a single serving left. This makes a huge crockpot full. Most went back for seconds, and some went back for thirds. Y’all, this chili recipe is that good! They couldn’t stop saying how great it was. If you are looking for something to do with ground beef and you want an e meal, make this recipe.

This THM E chili recipe is also so easy!!

You can’t beat the best chili recipe that is also super easy to make. The recipe uses simple ingredients as well. You can get everything at your local grocery store. It takes almost no time to get into your crockpot (or stockpot if you need it to be ready fast). This thm e chili recipe is just a bit more work than a dump and go recipe, but barely.

I used 4 different types of beans in the picture above.

If your family has bean preferences (hey, people have preferences to just about everything), use what they will eat. You can heat this up if you want. I used one jalapeno, but it wasn’t spicy at all. The teens who ate this couldn’t tell there was a jalapeno in it. You know your family, adjust this recipe as needed. Just add it to your dinner menu!
