Trim Healthy Mama Fuel Pull Peanut Butter Dip/Whip
Here is an easy and delicious trim healthy mama fuel pull peanut butter dip/whip
More whipped cottage cheese recipes coming now! Strangely it seems that this is the year of cottage cheese. At least it’s whipped cottage cheese. It seems like the ideas are endless. Here is a super simple peanut butter whip that I made today out of blended cottage cheese. The results were amazing!!
The results are thick enough to be a dip.
You can dip apples, strawberries, bananas, cookies, etc. The ideas that you can dip into the peanut butter whip are up to you. Here is the peanut powder that I used. It is just peanuts, that is all. I am out of thm’s. I found the jar at Walmart. Even though the dip ends up being thick enough to dip, I wouldn’t use it on a closed sandwich.
Here I spread a thick layer on a wasa cracker and topped it with some on plan jelly.
It was delicious. This would be great on top of on plan toast or rice cakes. Honestly, I can see myself adding half of a chopped up banana. I love bananas and peanut butter. But that isn’t a great combination, unless you like xoers. If you have texture issues, make sure you blend up the cottage cheese until no lumps remain. I am not a cottage cheese fan, but these blended recipes are rocking my world.
THM FP Peanut Butter Dip/Whip
Ingredients
- 1 C Cottage Cheese, I used 2% Daisy
- 3 T Peanut Powder
- 2 T Brown Swerve, use whatever sweetener you have. Brown Swerve measures equal to sugar
- 2 t Vanilla
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1/2 T Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Blend everything until smooth. I didn't get a picture. Half of this recipe, using the ingredients I used, puts it right over the 5 grams for a fp. Leave out the PB and you are in fp range for half. 1/3 of the recipe, with my ingredients, is right at 3.6 grams of fat.
- Serve however you want.
I loved this recipe. I’m a huge pb and apple fan, so this was a great replacement for the pb! Very tasty, my girls even loved it.
Thank you so much for the feedback!! I’m so glad you and your girls liked it.
Not too bad. I ate about 1/4 a serving and added about 15 lily’s chocolate chips to it.
