Low Carb Cream Cheese Frosting
This cream cheese frosting it so good. I used it top my carrot cake for Easter.

I used this sweetener in the frosting.
This is my favorite icing sweetener but I was out. The Swerve one is my second favorite powdered sweetener.
If your ingredients are at room temperature, this comes together in a few minutes. I bought everything I needed at WalMart. No special ingredients needed. Use this to top whatever dessert could benefit from a delicious cream cheese frosting.

Low Carb Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Stick Butter, softened
- 1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2-3/4 C Powdered Sweetener, I used Swerve
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese together.
- Add vanilla and heavy whipping cream and mix in.
- Add sweetener and mix in thoroughly. Taste and adjust if needed
- Use your frosting to frost your cake.
