I will give tips that I utilize to keep me on plan and on track. Besides tips and tricks, it will be broken down like this: The first week we will get a better understanding of the plan and work on our drinks. The second week we will work on breakfasts. The third week we will work on lunches. The fourth week we will work our snacks. The fifth week we will work on our dinners. And the final week we will work on desserts and being 100% on plan. This will be one of those slow and steady wins the race coaching packages. There is no need to jump in with both feet and feel overwhelmed. If you start on day one and stick with it, you will have a strong foundation and momentum to keep you going. I joined the monthly group so what is the difference between that and this group?
Hi Ashley. The beginner group is designed to help ladies baby step their way into the trim healthy mama plan. The monthly group is just a simple group with accountability, encouragement, and occasional love videos. This is more for someone who needs that expresspush/help.
I am interested in this group
You could try but I would reduce the amount by 1/4 and see how that works. Most of my recipes use ingredients that anyone can get at a local store. I try to make it easy for new people or people on tight budgets to follow thm. If you try it, let me know how it turned out.
