Blended Cottage Cheese Deviled Egg Dip

Blended Cottage Cheese Deviled Egg Dip

I heard someone say it’s the year of cottage cheese. I hope it isn’t just here for a year. I am loving this! We can do so much with cottage cheese. Here is a recipe for deviled egg dip using blended cottage cheese. This is so easy (another reason to love cottage cheese). You only need a few ingredients. If you like deviled eggs, give this dip a try.

Cottage Cheese is High in Protein

Cottage cheese is such a great base for so many meals and snacks. The more I learn, the more I realize that we need to make sure we are getting enough protein and cottage cheese is such a great way to get that in. This blended cottage cheese deviled egg dip is a great way to get in protein. And who doesn’t love an easy dip?

You don’t have to pre-blend the cottage cheese like I did.

I have started buying a large tub of cottage cheese and just blending it straight in the tub and then I can make just about anything when I want to. When I started making this I knew I had dill relish in the fridge but I couldn’t find it (I later found it) so I had to come up with a substitute. I will give both options. Finally, taste it and adjust before taking it out of the blender.

Depending on the cottage cheese you have and how much you eat, will determine what fuel this is.

You will need to look at the numbers of you cottage cheese to see if this is a trim healthy mama fuel pull or s. And what you choose to dip it with. I have been dipping sliced cucumbers and pork rinds. I wish I liked celery, I would have used that instead. If you like hot sauce or anything else in your deviled eggs, add that to the dip. This is just a great starting point.
