Creamy Whipped Feta Dip (Low Carb, THM S, Easy Appetizer)

Creamy Whipped Feta Dip (Low Carb, THM S, Easy Appetizer)
If you need a simple appetizer that feels special without requiring a ton of prep, this Whipped Feta Dip is perfect. It’s one of those recipes that tastes like something you’d order at a restaurant but is made with everyday ingredients you probably already have. The texture is smooth, creamy, a little tangy, and completely addictive.
This dip is naturally low carb and fits perfectly into a Trim Healthy Mama S meal. It’s ideal for holiday gatherings, church potlucks, girl’s nights, or a cozy night at home when you want something flavorful and easy. I made this for my ladies’ meeting tonight and knew immediately it needed to go on the blog — it’s that good and that simple.
Traditional whipped feta dips can be heavy or overly salty, but this version balances feta with a little softened cream cheese, a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. The Greek yogurt is optional, but it really lightens the texture and gives that “whipped” feel we’re going for. Everything gets blended in the food processor, or mixer, until fluffy and smooth. It’s done in minutes.
