Homemade Raspberry Syrup (No Sugar Added)

This quick raspberry syrup is what takes this proffee over the top—and it’s incredibly versatile.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons sweetener (I used an allulose–monk fruit blend)
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Add the thawed raspberries, sweetener, and water to a small saucepan.
  2. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until juicy and fragrant.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove seeds.
  4. Pour the syrup into a container and let cool.

This syrup keeps well in the fridge and is delicious in yogurt, cottage cheese, or over high-protein ice cream.
