The Easiest Round Steak Recipe Trim Healthy Mama S
This recipe came out of desperation. I have had some tenderized round steaks that had been in my freezer for too long. I didn’t know what to do with them, so I just let them hang out in the bottom of my freezer. I finally decided to make something with them. Basically I made Swiss steak with them. I served them on top of mashed cauliflower for me and the huuby, the teens ate theirs with mashed potatoes.
This recipe is truly a dump and go recipe. It is perfect for a busy day, or a day where you just want easy. If you can’t tell, I love easy. Seriously, you put everything in the crockpot, dice and onion and call it good. Let it cook all day on low and don’t worry about it until you are ready to eat.

Why is this recipe an S?
Because of the meat I used. If you were able to use a very lean meat like venison, it could be a fp. That’s a great question.
