A Low Carb Thanksgiving

We can eat a low carb Thanksgiving!
A low carb Thanksgiving is more than possible, it’s tasty and easy. You will need to plan ahead, just like you have to do for a regular Thanksgiving dinner. I have you covered with everything from cranberry sauce to green bean casserole to roast turkey and dessert. If you are making everything or just a few sides and dessert, keep reading, I have you covered.

Thanksgiving is a time for family, food, and lots of memories!
Lots of memories and laughs shared. Unless your entire family is on plan, there will be lots of food passed around that isn’t on plan. Make on plan substitutes that are just as yummy!!! No need to eat off plan during the holidays (unless you want to!). I am all about giving myself grace when I need to. These recipes are so good, your off plan family members will most likely love them too.

You can prep some things ahead.
Thanksgiving can be stressful if you are making more than a couple items, you can prep a few things a couple days early. The mini cheesecakes, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, and a few more can be made 2 days ahead. With some planning and a little prep, you can have an easy and on plan low carb Thanksgiving.
