The holidays are a time for family and food.
Lots of memories and laughs shared. Unless your entire family is on plan, there will be lots of food passed around that isn’t on plan. Make on plan substitutes that are just as yummy!!! The mini cheesecakes, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, and a few more can be made 2 days ahead. With some planning and a little prep, you can have an easy and on plan trim healthy mama Thanksgiving. All of these recipes are low carb as well!
