Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken, Low Carb

This crockpot garlic parmesan chicken is low carb, trim healthy mama s, is probably the easiest recipe ever!!

I hate to even call this a recipe, but if I don’t get it out there, it can’t be a blessing to the overwhelmed mom who just wants dinner on the table. This recipe has been floating around tiktok but I needed to convert is and make it low carb, thm s. This recipe isn’t for the purist. A lot of my recipes are from scratch but sometimes we just need dinner prepped in minutes.

This recipe is super cheap as well!!

If you need cheap and easy, this is your recipe. At my WalMart, in the wing sauce section I found their version of the sauce shown in the picture. You can get the name brand but this was amazing!! I have made it two times so far. I have also made a few recipes with their buffalo style wing sauce. I think the quality is the same and I am saving over $1 a bottle. The bottle is less than $2!

Use whatever pasta options your family will eat.

I have a few picky people in my house. They don’t like spaghetti squash or zoodles. Because of that, my go-to option is usually dreamfields pasta. I wish they would eat the other options, but I will pick my battles when they are worth it. This recipe was a hit with everyone! They loved it and there were no leftovers! This also would be perfect to add to your freezer meal prep as well. Put this on your menu for busy days or just days you want easy!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken


  • Slow Cooker


  • 12 oz Bottle Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce
  • 2 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken, breasts or thighs
  • 2 t Minced Garlic, optional
  • 1/2 Bottle of Heavy Cream Pour some heavy cream into the bottle, shake and pout into the crocpot
  • 8 oz Block of Cream Cheese, reduced fat or full
  • 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese, used shredded and from the can


  • In your crockpot place your chicken breasts. Top with the wing sauce. Add minced garlic. You can either add your cream cheese and parmesan now, or an hour before serving.
  • Add the heavy cream to the bottle and shake. Pour on top.
  • Place your lid on top. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-6 hours.
  • When cooked through, shred chicken.
  • Place on top of noodles or mashed cauliflower. Serve with desired sides. I topped ours with dried parsely and red pepper flakes.

    Me, the hubby and the older kids liked it, but the younger kids thought it was too spicy. I’ll make it again for sure, but will have to make something else for the younger kids.

      I’m glad some of you liked it. What did you use? Just the parmesan garlic wing sauce? It’s doesn’t have any heat.
