Delicious Grilled Pork Chops
It is officially HOT where we live. I will occasionally bake or cook something in the oven, but if I can, I would rather grill. We usually grill 2-3 times a week in the summer. It’s usually quick, tastes great, and doesn’t heat up the house. That’s pretty much perfect in my book.
These pork chops are seasoned just right. The amount of seasoning I made was enough for 5 pork chops. I didn’t add any cayenne, but that would have been a perfect addition. If you are looking for more grill recipes, add this one to repertoire. Here is a link to how I cook my zucchini. It is so easy it really isn’t even a recipe.

Another great recipe. I made it a little different though, #1 because I didn’t read the directions first (lol) and #2 because I didn’t have the mustard powder. So I added olive oil to a bag along with all the spices except the mustard powder. I substituted regular mustard for the powder. Added my pork chops & mixed all around. It was great!
