Easy and Delicious Crockpot Pepper Steak- Trim Healthy Mama S, Low Carb

Easy and Delicious Crockpot Pepper Steak Recipe, Trim Healthy Mama S and Low Carb

This crockpot pepper steak recipe is so easy to make. I use a few shortcuts in the recipe, but it is still a flavorful and delicious meal. I love creating easy recipes that families will love, that helps keep us out of the kitchen. And, with this being a crockpot recipe, we can start dinner early in the day! I love using my crockpot.

I didn’t get very many pictures, but there aren’t that many ingredients or steps!

Our fridge-freezer froze over, so our kitchen was a hot mess when I made this (and with how easy this recipe was, it made my life easier that night). I used half a bag of the frozen onion, pepper medley. You can use fresh if you want. Using the pre-cut veggies, garlic, and ginger, I had this in the crockpot in minutes.

Thoughts on meat

I used close to 2 lbs of sirloin steak. I trimmed and cut into strips and then chunks. Feel free to use whatever meat you want/have. If you can only afford ground meat, brown the meat, season it a little and then add everything to your crockpot. I am using meat I find on sale and then making 4 meals at once. This is one is being added to my fill your freezer Friday’s series.
