Grilled Zucchini
This recipe works on your average zucchini you get from the grocery store. When I grill them, I slice them into long strips. Right now my zucchini plant is producing a lot and sometimes I miss a few and they get really big. This time I decided to slice them into large circles and grill them that way. They were perfect!! Some of the seeds were too tough but that was the only problem. They turned out perfect! I plan on making these once a week or so.
If it is grilling season where you are, grill up some pork chops to go with the grilled zucchini. Here is a link to the pork chop recipe you see above, They are so good. Pork Chop recipe. I have one kid who doesn’t like squash of any sort, so he doesn’t eat these, but everyone else loved them. They are so super easy to make. As the pork chops cooked, I moved them to the top rack so they wouldn’t over cook and become soggy. Move them around your grill and flip them frequently like you do pork chops and chicken. Try these this weekend!

Did you season the zucchini with anything? They look like they have something on them? Maybe the seasoning you used for pork chops?
Sometimes the recipe plug-in I use glitches and the recipe disappears. They are still there but you can’t see it. Thank you for commenting. I don’t know when (or why) that happens. I use Italian dressing brushed on each side.
