The Easiest Carrot Shaped Cheese Ball Ever!
Ingredients
- 2 Pckgs Cream Cheese I used 1 regular and 1 reduced fat
- 1 Pckg Ranch seasoning
- 2.5 oz Bacon Pieces
- 3 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese I am guessing here, I might have used less
- 1 Bunch Parsley
Instructions
- Place room temperature cream cheese blocks into a mixing bowl. Beat for about 30 seconds. In the bowl add the dry ranch dressing, the bacon pieces, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix again. Scrape sides as needed.
- Scrape the ingredients onto a piece of parchment paper.
- I used another piece of parchment paper on top to start shaping and I didn't really like how it worked.
- I got out a piece of plastic wrap and really liked that more.
- Shape into a carrot, or desired shape. When I liked the shape, I carefully flipped the cheese ball over onto a board and threw the parchment paper away.
- Find the piece of parsley that you think will look good for the top of the carrot.
- Insert the parsley pieces at the top of the carrot. Use the remaining shredded cheese to cover the cheese ball.
- I served this one on a cutting board. I surrounded it with generic crackers and saved my on plan crackers for me.
