That’s exactly why I created Brick by Brick: Weekly Focus, Not Overwhelm—an 8‑week Trim Healthy Mama–based group coaching program for beginners and returners who want to rebuild their foundations slowly, with grace, and with support.
Instead of trying to fix everything at once, we’ll lay one brick at a time. By the end of 8 weeks, you’ll have a solid, realistic foundation you can keep building on—whether you continue on your own or step into 1:1 coaching.

You’ll get a clear “brick of the week” with 1–3 small, doable action steps. No giant to‑do lists, no overwhelm—just simple focus you can actually follow through on. -
Printable Guides & Simple Meal Ideas
You’ll receive easy printables, meal ideas, and examples that match that week’s focus so you’re not left guessing what to eat or how to apply what you learned. -
Group Encouragement & Accountability
You’ll walk this out with other women who get it—women who are also busy, imperfect, and ready for real change. You’re not doing this alone. -
Gentle Check-Ins
Between calls, you’ll get encouragement and reminders to help you keep your eyes on just that week’s brick, not on trying to build the whole wall overnight.
