What is Bulgogi Anyway?
For those unfamiliar, bulgogi is a popular Korean dish made with thinly sliced marinated beef. Traditionally, it’s stir-fried or grilled, resulting in tender, flavorful meat with a signature sweet and savory profile.
Making it Low-Carb:
The key to making bulgogi low-carb is to skip the sugars and use a low carb friendly sweetener. And pair it with low-carb vegetables instead of rice or noodles. We’ll rely on natural sweeteners and flavorful ingredients to achieve that classic bulgogi taste without the carb overload.
