The Easiest Crockpot Pizza Bowls- THM S
These pizza bowls are a fun and customizable twist on traditional pizza. Basically we are making the top of a pizza in a crockpot. If you desire to have a base, here are some low carb options: cottage cheese (blended for me), Italian seasoned cauliflower rice, cooked portobello mushroom caps, toasted keto bread, or you can just eat without a base.

This is my bowl pictured above.
It was so good!! I couldn’t believe how good it turned out. I am usually all about the pizza crust, but this turned out so good. Make this how your family will eat it. I used Costco meatballs, turkey pepperoni, and store-brand marinara sauce. I added canned black olives and mushrooms, both drained. My store had Flavorgod’s seasoning, so I added their pizza seasonings.

This is so quick and easy!
You can cook this in your crockpot, oven, or even the skillet! Add more veggies or meat. Make it spicy. I added a half a bag of frozen peppers and onions. They cooked nicely. If you like bell peppers, I would add them later in the cooking time. I really like mine cooked. I can’t recommend this pizza bowl recipe enough! So delicious and easy.

What would the calories, protein, fat and carbs for this meal?
Hi Kim, there are too many variables to this question. What meatballs are you using? Turkey pepperoni or regular? Canadian bacon? What kind of cheese? Those all make a difference in what the macros would be. Also, how much are you eating?
How many servings does this recipe make, thank you
It really depends. I have some volume eaters in my house. I would say at least 6.
