Chicken Breast 4 Ways

Chicken breasts can be boring, especially if they are baked.

Following a low carb, or trim healthy mama plan don’t have to be boring. It doesn’t have to be blah or even spicy. Chicken breasts are very versatile and can take on so many different flavors. we have 5 “adults” living here and lost of different tastes. I took 4 chicken breasts and flavored each one a different flavor.

This recipe doesn’t really take much extra time to make 4 different flavors.

Just grab as many of your seasonings at once and put them on your counter. From left to right: Jalapeno spiced, Garlic and herb, ranch, and BBQ. If you have someone with heat sensitivities make sure what they will like the most is the farthest away from anything with some spice. I have one in the house that is very sensitive to heat so I have to be mindful of this for her.

If you want to please a lot of people with different flavors, this is the way to go.

Everyone was happy with this meal. Everyone had a few pieces of 2 or 3 different flavors. I serve this with my new way of making mashed potatoes. It is an e and my family loves it.     I dont see the recipe for the chicken breasts.

      Hi Cindy. There isn’t really a recipe. In the post I explain what I did to each chicken breast. Then I just baked them like normal. This is more a post about how to change things up a little.
