Chipotle Sauce/Dressing

I used this on my chipotle chicken breasts that I put on a salad. This sauce is amazing!!! It really popped and made this dish even better. Use this on top of salads, tacos, rice bowls, whatever sounds good to you. If you are a trim healthy mama follower, this is an S. I used it on top of these chipotle chicken breasts. As followed, those chicken breasts are a fuel pull. If you want this to be a fuel pull as well, use only non-fat greek yogurt and omit the mayo. I didn’t add extra heat to mine but you can add more if your family wants more heat.

I used my ninja smoothie cup to blend the ingredients together. This is so refreshing. I can see us using this all throughout the summer. This will be perfect on rice bowls. I will try that next. It really was that good!! I hope you give this recipe a try. If you don’t like spending a lot of time in the kitchen, this dressing with the chipotle chicken breasts makes a quick dinner. After a busy day or just a day where you are tires and don’t want to cook, make this and your family will be happy.

If you find it a little too thick, add some water. I actually used some of the chipotle pepper liquid from my instant pot to thin it out a little. I used about 2 tablespoons to make it more of a dressing consistency.

These are the peppers I used. I bought them from Aldi.

Chipotle Sauce/Dressing


  • Something to blend your ingredients


  • 1/2 C Mayo
  • 1/2 C Non-fat Greek Yogurt You can use full fat if you want
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers
  • 1/2 Lime Juiced
  • 1/4 t Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 t Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t Onion Powder


  • Put everything into your blender and blend.
  • It's ready to serve now.
