Low Carb Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken

Lemon Rosemary Chicken Breasts, these are so simple but taste so good!

Low carb, trim healthy mama s recipes don’t need to be bland. These chicken breasts are so flavorful! I lost my rosemary busy to our record breaking cold snap this past January so I had to use dried. Fresh rosemary would be a better option if you have it. If you use fresh, I would up the measurement to 1 tablespoon.

These grilled chicken breasts turned out juicy, not dry at all.

I highly encourage you to get a meat thermometer so that you don’t overcook your meats, especially the lower fat ones. The flavor of these chicken breasts is light but delicious. My kids really liked it. It also another super easy dump recipe. I dump all of the ingredients into a baggie, mix around and add the chicken to marinate. these recipes are perfect for busy days or part of your prep. This one of those recipes where I prep 4-5 different meats for the grill and my hubby grills them all at the same time.

I highly encourage you to meal prep to keep things in your life easy.

By grilling up at least 3 dinners worth of meat, it keeps my life a bit more stress free. One tip is to prep your meats on Saturday and then grill them on Sunday. Low Carb Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 Lb Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 C Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C Lemon Juice
  • 1 T Minced Garlic
  • 1 t Dried Rosemary
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all of your ingredients, except chicken, together in a gallon baggie. Add chicken and allow to marinate at least an hour.
  • Heat up your grill. Remove the chicken breasts from the baggie and grill. Check the temperature so you don't overcook.
  • Allow to rest for a couple minutes and slice.
  • Serve warm.
