Sugar Free Cheesecake Dip
This sugar free cream cheese dip is low carb, trim healthy mama s, is fast and easy to make.
I used to make a dip with marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar. There were other ingredients but I haven’t made it in so long, I don’t remember. With the holidays coming up, I wanted to try to make something similar. This recipe was born from that memory. I started making it with the idea to use as a dip. It ended up working out so great and taste so good, I have made it every week. I even made it for our recent road trip.
Making yummy, on plan sweets that my family likes is a goal of mine.
Sugar is so bad for us yet tastes so good, Making desserts that my hubby and kids like isn’t always easy. Honestly, I have thrown away more than they have liked. This recipe uses a few basic ingredients, but the results are tasty enough that I plan on taking it to events and gatherings. It is a cheap recipe and can be made last minute.
Here are a few ideas for serving with the cream cheese dip.
I started with strawberries. The strawberries were perfect. Next I used some Joseph lavash flatbread and made some “crisps”. I sprayed it with some non-stick spray and sprinkled it with cinnamon and sweetener. I put it in my air fryer for a few minutes. They were strong enough to “dip” it but I was able to spread the dip on the crackers. Finally, I have been using the dip in my meals I have been packing. I put a tablespoon or two in a small container and add some berries to the container. It travels well and is a great snack or dessert.
