The Best Low Carb Grilled Shrimp
Living in Texas during the summer can be pretty miserable but one bonus is the need to grill (who wants to turn the oven on when it’s 100 degrees outside? I love to grill and really love recipes that are finished pretty quick, again it’s 100 degrees outside! Here is a great side to pair with this shrimp. It comes together so quick and my family loved it. Low Carb Broccoli Salad
When you marinate your shrimp. make sure you don’t go longer than 20 minutes. You are just wanting these to marinate, not start being “cooked” by the acid. Shrimp cook very fast, they should be grilled in 6 minutes max. I grilled ones side for 3 and other no more than 2. Your shrimp will go from gray to pink. This would also be perfect for a camping meal. We love to grill when we camp. I actually bought the metal skewers for camping, I got tired of the wooden ones and these are great.
