Trim Healthy Mama S Roasted Mushrooms
I want to be upfront about this recipe. Mushrooms shrink. Before roasted they filled up the baking sheet. After roasted, they almost filled 1/2 half of the sheet. But this recipe is another super cheap and easy recipe. I bought the 2 containers of bella mushrooms for .99 each. So this easy, yummy, and nutritional side was only 2 dollars.
I have shared this recipe and a broccoli recipe during the hot months. At least for us in Texas, it is hot! My suggestion, if you want to roast veggies, use a toaster oven. My hubby is a sucker for gadgets that do more than one thing. In the aftermath of last year’s black Friday sales, there was an air fryer, toaster oven, plus 4 or more cooker that caught my hubby’s eye. We had a toaster oven that worked but didn’t have an air fryer (plus all the other things that this cooker does). So my hubby had to have it. I am not complaining. I can make amazing fish in the air fryer. Since things have been heating up, I am going to start roasting my veggies in the toaster oven. If you like mushrooms, give this really easy recipe a try.
