Air Fryer Salmon

I found some wild caught salmon filets at my local Aldi. I love salmon so I snatched that bag up. We have been mostly eating tilapia. Here is my air fryer tilapia recipe. My kids love the tilapia but they really loved the salmon. I had issues with my tilapia sticking, so I changed the recipe up a little bit. I used sliced lemons as a barrier between the salmon and the air fryer pan. It worked perfect!!

This recipe comes together quickly. IT is perfect for busy days. I know you can cook it from frozen if you need to. Just add more cooking time. These cooked for 10 minutes. From frozen, I would guess you would need to for at least 15 minutes. Your fish is cooked when it flakes easily. This recipe is easy and tastes as good, if not better, than what you would get at a seafood restaurant. Give it a try and it might become a family favorite.
