Amazing Low Carb Grilled Chicken

This delicious grilled chicken recipe can be baked instead of grilled if you don’t have a grill or it’s not grilling season. This recipe can be dumped in a bag and frozen or just marinated for a few days. This was another winner with the whole family. I love making recipes that are so easy and loved by the family. Who wants to spend all day in the kitchen if we don’t have to?

One thing I love about summer is that many times my sides are picked from our garden right before dinner. I have cucumbers and a few varieties of tomatoes growing. I grew up with a garden and our table often had plates with cucumbers and tomatoes for us to add to our plates. I love doing the same thing as an adult. The taste of a tomato from the store doesn’t compare to a garden fresh one. Pair these low carb chicken breasts with whatever you like to serve your grilled items with. Here is an easy and yummy low carb grilled zucchini recipe.

Amazing Low Carb Grilled Chicken


  • 2 lb Chicken Breasts, butterflied
  • 1/4 C Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 C Braggs Liquid Aminos
  • 1/2 C Brown Sugar- Sugar Free Substitute
  • 1 T Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/2 t Black Pepper
  • 2 t Minced Garlic


  • Mix everything except the chicken breasts into a gallon baggie
  • When ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium to medium high. Cook your chicken until they are cooked through but not overcooked.
  • Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Slice and serve warm.
