✨ Ingredients
1 can of whole or sliced white potatoes (drained and rinsed)
Nonstick cooking spray
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
(Optional: any additional herbs or spices you love)
🍴 Instructions
Prep the Potatoes:
Drain and rinse your canned potatoes. Pat them dry with a paper towel to help them crisp up better in the air fryer.
Season:
Add your potatoes to a bowl or like I did, in the air fryer on paper made for the air fryer (one less step and bowl to clean). Spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray, then sprinkle on your seasonings. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Air Fry:
Place the potatoes in your air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through. Cook until golden and crispy!
Serve:
Enjoy as a delicious side to grilled chicken, lean turkey burgers, or your favorite E-friendly main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Cans Potatoes

Desired Seasonings

Instructions

  • Open your can of potatoes, I like whole because I can cut to desired size. Drain potatoes.
  • Place on cutting board and cut into desired sizes.
  • I did this part in the air fryer on a piece of paper designed for air fryers. Spray with a little non-stick spray and season with salt and pepper. And other desired seasonings, I used smoked paprika, garlic and onion powders. Cook at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Chech near the end of the cooking time and turn if desired.
