Crispy Chicken Thighs

Delicious and EASY Crispy Chicken Thighs

I am all about easy and delicious and this recipe is exactly that. I used to hate skin on chicken. After starting the trim healthy mama way of eating, I started not always peeling it off and feeding it to my dogs. This recipe is so good, you don’t want to give the skin to your dogs. It is that good. Chicken thighs are a cheap protein. I have a few bone-in, skin-on recipes on here but this one you should try first.

Not only is this recipe cheap, easy, and delicious, clean up is fast.

If you bake your chicken thighs on parchment paper or aluminum foil, just throw it in the trash when you remove the chicken from the oven. That’s it. Bake some oven roasted veggies at the same time, on parchment paper or foil and boom, done. Clean up was so easy.

Of course you can spice this up more than I did if you want. Some cayenne pepper or hot sauce added to the mixture would be nice if you like heat. If you have some chicken thighs hanging out in your freezer, pull them out and make this easy recipe tonight.
