Just mix everything in one bowl, shape your patties, and cook them on the stovetop or grill. They’re perfect for busy nights, meal prep, or when you just want something comforting and hearty without getting off plan.

THM-Friendly Crack Burgers (S)
These are rich, cheesy, bacon-y, and totally on plan!
Ingredients (Makes 4 Burgers)
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef (93% or leaner is ideal)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (more if you want them extra cheesy)
- ⅓ cup cooked, chopped bacon
- 2 oz softened 1/3 less-fat cream cheese (optional but amazing)
- 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tsp garlic powder and onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, cheddar, bacon, cream cheese, ranch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 6 patties.
- Cook in a hot skillet or on the grill until fully cooked and browned on both sides.
- Serve on low-carb buns, over a big salad, in lettuce wraps, or with your favorite THM-friendly sides.

Juicy Crack Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lb Ground Meat I used 1 lb 93/7 and 1/2 Lb Lean turkey
- 1 C Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 C Chopped Bacon I used real bacon pieces
- 2 T Ranch seasoning I used my own
- 1 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Onion Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together and form into 6 patties. I weighed mine and they were 5.2 oz each.

- Cook until desired temperature.

- I cooked 3 at a time.

- Serve as desired.
