Low Carb Coleslaw

I love having a meal that would go great with coleslaw. That means that there is bbq or grilling involved. This recipe is so quick to throw together. You can make it early in the day and let the ingredients marinate until serving time, or make it about 30 minutes before. This is really great on a busy day. Make the coleslaw in the morning and make this bbq chicken as well. This whole meal is so quick and easy, I think that’s my theme on here. Who wants to spend hours in the kitchen when you can prep your dinner in less than 15 minutes?

Low Carb Colelslaw


  • 16 oz Bag Coleslaw Mix
  • 1 T Dried Minced Onion
  • 1/2 C Mayo
  • 1/4 C Heavy Cream
  • 2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 t Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Confectioners Swerve


  • Mix all of your ingredients, except the coleslaw, together in a medium bowl. Add the mix and stir.
  • Store in fridge until ready to eat.
