Low Carb Brown Sugar, Dijon Pork Chops

Low Carb, Trim Healthy Mama S Brown Sugar and Dijon Grilled Chicken Thighs are delicious!!

These chicken thighs are so good!! They are also cheap and easy. This makes this dish perfect for busy times or just when you want something quick and easy. I often buy chicken thighs when they are buy one get one free. My hubby doesn’t care for bone in meat. I typically buy boneless, skinless thighs and those are perfect for grilling. If it isn’t grilling weather where you are, pan fry these or bake them in the oven. You will love them however you cook them.

I love to prep 4 or 5 dinners in a short time and grill them all at once.

I love grilling season (although I live in Texas and we can pretty much grill year round). One of my favorite things about grilling is that we can grill 5 dinners at once. I stock my freezer with the on sale meats. On Friday I will go to my freezer and pull out various meat packages and place in the fridge. On Saturday I will mix up marinades in gallon baggies and my hubby will grill them. If you are in a busy season, this might be the perfect solution for you.

This recipe has only a few ingredients.

One of the ingredients is brown swerve. I buy mine at my local Walmart. If you don’t have any but have molasses (I use blackstrap molasses), add a little to your sweetener to make a “brown sugar”. I also used Bragg’s liquid aminos. If you don’t have any Bragg’s, you can substitute soy sauce. This is such a simple low carb chicken thigh recipe, add it to your menu, your family will love it.
