Low Carb Iced Mocha

I was in the mood for an iced mocha today. I decided that I would try my hand at making one myself. I have made all kinds of various types of coffee at home but I have never made a sugar free mocha before. This recipe as written, is a trim healthy mama s and will fit in the keto diet as well. It was pretty easy to put together. Now that I have the chocolate syrup and the whipped cream made in the fridge, I am set for the rest of the week.

My coffee was a little bit weaker than I wanted but it was still delicious. I will add another spoonful of the coffee grounds next time. This recipe us really simple and easy to put together. I will share with you how I made it but you make this your own. You might want this sweeter than I did, weaker or stronger coffee, etc. I thought it was almost perfect, just a bit stronger on the coffee. I didn’t take into account the ice I was adding. I did stir the whipped cream and the chocolate syrup into my coffee when I drank it. Yum!

Here is the coffee I used. It is truly the best coffee. It is so pure and low acid. If you are looking for an amazing organic coffee, this one is perfect.
