Low Carb, Sugar Free Whipped Cream
I have been making homemade whipped cream for years. I thought I would go ahead and make an official recipe, in case someone needs an actual recipe. This is a super simple and fast recipe. You only need 2 ingredients and something to beat it in. I have made whipped cream in a bowl and a whisk in the past. That is definitely a workout. If you have a mix or beaters, that is all you need.
When you start beating, start on slow. If you don’t, you will end up splattering the cream all over the place. Start slow and speed up the mixer as is gets thicker. Stop as soon as the cream is as thick as you want. If you go too far, you will end up with butter. If you have never had homemade whipped cream, definitely give this simple recipe a try!
