Low Carb Tilapia, Baked or Cooked in your Air Fryer
This is another one of my recipes from my 30 freezer meal prep day. It turned out perfect! I have only frozen my salmon patty mixture before but not fish filets. I didn’t know how this was going to turn out but it ended up being perfect. This is a trim healthy mama s recipe. This fits in the low carb diet as well, however, anyone can eat this fish recipe. This recipe calls for no special ingredients, NSI, as well. If you need a quick and easy weeknight dinner, this is a perfect recipe.
This trim healthy mama s recipe can be cooked in the airy fryer or baked in the oven. I used my air fryer and the teens loved it. I have mentioned before that my hubby doesn’t like fish, except for salmon patties, so I cooked a chicken breast for him. You don’t have to freeze this recipe. You can just mix the ingredients together, coat your fish and bake. Serve this with your favorite sides, coleslaw, salad, roasted veggies, mashed cauliflower, whatever you family loves.
