Trim Healthy Mama E French Toast

I needed a quick breakfast this morning and I wanted an E, higher approved carbs and low fat. I decided to come up with a French Toast recipe since they are usually fast and I could make it on plan. I didn’t add any fat to this so you can drink a trimmy with this if you would like. As written, this is a single serve recipe.

I felt like the protein content in this recipe was a little low so I added some sweetened non-fat Greek yogurt. You could add some MCT oil to this if you aren’t drinking a trimmy. The tsp of fat helps keep you satiated until your next meal. This was exactly what I need this morning, quick, easy and it kept me full until lunch time.

If you are following the carb cycling plan, this recipe will work for you. THM is similar to that way of eating but there are some similarities. This recipe will work on you carb days as a filling breakfast.
